Returns
- Regular and reduced price merchandise may be exchanged or returned if:
- Unworn
- Not showing any visible signs of wear
- In the original packaging,
- Received within 30 days of the date the order was delivered
- Reduced price merchandise marked FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.
- All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number (R/A #).

- Shipping instructions and insurance requirements will be provided.
- All loss claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges
- For all exchanges, call Arrowsmith Customer Service at 888 202.2211. Merchandise exchanges will be made immediately by this method:
- Your credit card will be charged as soon as we ship the replacement item.
- Your credit card will be refunded once we receive your returned item at our warehouse.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

At Arrowsmith & Wild Wild West, all regular-price merchandise will be shipped to you UPS Ground, free of charge.

On merchandise purchased at reduced prices or at final sale, a nominal freight charge will be added upon check out.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY
UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available upon request at an additional charge. Call Customer Service at 888-202-2211 to arrange for all expedited services and for information about additional charges.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
You will receive an email letting you know your order is processing within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on where you live.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
At this time shipping internationally or to P.O. Boxes is not available.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 9.75% will be added to all orders delivered within the State of Illinois.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.
