Sizing

How do I know which size will fit me best?

It is important to read the product’s description and model measurements to get an accurate idea of how it might fit. If there is anything important you should know regarding an item’s fit—such as whether an item tends to run large or fits true-to-size—we will try to mention it in these descriptions.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost in the US?

We offer Free US Ground Shipping for orders over $99 in the lower 48 states. We also have expedited shipping rates available at checkout; any products which are not available for expedited shipping will be marked as such in the product description.

How fast is your shipping?

We do have expedited delivery at checkout and our cut of time is around 2 PM EST for free shipping.

In most cases, orders placed before 4 p.m. Central time, Monday - Friday, ship that day, pending product availability and payment verification.

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following business day, typically Monday, excluding holidays.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes we do. Please note that this may delay your delivery.

Placing or Cancelling an Order

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible, or call us toll free at 888-827-7299.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

What if something I ordered arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

Arrowsmith Shoes returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept any merchandise back that has visible signs of wear and tear, and must be returned in the original packaging. To determine if shoes are a correct fit, we recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces to avoid visible wear to the sole.

Can I return items that are on sale?

Returns or exchanges of sale merchandise will be accepted up to 30 days after date of purchase if merchandise is unworn and returned in its original box.
