On orders exceeding $150.00, Arrowsmith Shoes offers Free U.S ground shipping to the lower 48 states.

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 12 p.m. Central time ship that day, pending availability and payment verification.

Any “priority order (s)” placed before 1 p.m. Central time begin processing that day, and ship that day, pending availability, and payment verification and carrier schedules.

All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following business day-typically Monday, excluding holidays.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sunday, or holidays.

Arrowsmith Shoes use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most deliveries, however, for online orders to APO/FPO address or United States P.O. boxes, we use United States Postal Service (USPS)

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 10.25% will be added to all orders delivered within the State of Illinois.

Changes to Orders

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, we may be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.

Order Follow up and confirmation

Should our Customer Fulfillment team need to confer with you regarding your order, Arrowsmith Shoes will contact you with a follow-up email, based on the information in your account profile.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including the tracking number for your package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Arrowsmith Shoes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties and/or customs charges (if your item(s) were shipped international) that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and cost of returning the package to Arrowsmith Shoes. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If you make special arrangements or alter the original shipping date on your own through any carrier you run the risk of being unable to return the merchandise for a full refund
