Shipping & Delivery

Every order is handled with the same care and attention that defines our footwear. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we ensure a seamless and considered experience.

Complimentary Ground Shipping

Orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States are delivered with our compliments — no additional shipping charge applied.

Standard ground delivery via UPS or USPS is available throughout the lower 48 states, with an estimated transit time of 3–8 business days. For shipments to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. P.O. Boxes, we partner with the United States Postal Service. Please note that UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Dispatch & Processing

We take pride in fulfilling your order promptly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. Central Time are typically dispatched the same day, subject to availability and payment verification. Priority orders submitted before 1:00 p.m. Central Time are processed and shipped the same day, in accordance with carrier schedules.

Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or a recognized holiday will be carefully prepared and dispatched on the following business day. Please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing when estimating delivery. Delivery windows do not include weekends or holidays.

Keeping You Informed

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. A second notification — including your UPS or USPS tracking number — will be sent at the time of shipment, so you may follow your package every step of the way.

Should any item require additional time due to inventory or availability, our Customer Fulfillment team will reach out promptly with relevant details, including any backorder or cancellation information.

Changes to Your Order

Because we begin processing your order immediately, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible once your order has entered our fulfillment system. We encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible should any changes be needed.

Should you choose to decline a delivery, please be advised that you will be responsible for the original outbound shipping charges, any applicable customs or duties on international shipments, and return freight costs. Any such amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Arranging alternative delivery schedules directly with the carrier may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 10.25% is applied to all orders delivered within the State of Illinois, in accordance with applicable regulations.
